Living Room, the Italian dining destination at Park Hyatt Busan, presents a new summer menu of dishes amid the upcoming seasonal heat.

Five new dishes celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine. “Carpaccio Di Polipo” is a classic carpaccio appetizer of tender octopus and seasonal vegetables in refreshing lemon dressing, while “Lasagne Bolognese” features alternating layers of soft sheets of fresh eggs pasta, beef Bolognese sauce, béchamel sauce, and two cheeses for a rich blend of aromas. “Costolette Di Agnello” is grilled lamb chops, perfect for pairing with the well-balanced acidity of Italian wine, while “Filetto Di Manzo” is a beef tenderloin steak, a universal favorite among diners of all ages, and “Branzino Al Limone” is a pan-roasted sea bass elevated by the texture of julienned vegetables and the tangy aroma of lemon emulsion.

 
Living Room’s limited-edition summer menu, an Italian gourmet experience of all-time favorites and seasonal refreshing dishes, is available à la carte or as course from June 22.
