Park Hyatt Busan’s Living Room Presents its Spring Dinner Menu

Park Hyatt Busan’s modern French restaurant, Living Room, is presenting its spring dinner menu, starting from 18 February, to enhance guests’ appetites that were lost during the winter and can be regained in the fullness of spring.

Living Room creates stylish and sensual French cuisines using the best ingredients in season and offered in a four-course or six-course “Degustation” limited season spring dinner menu. First, guests can choose from the menu of avruga caviar, pan-fried scallop, local crab cannelloni, or slow-cooked local pork belly made with seasonal ingredients that are rich in flavor and aroma. Guests can taste all the dishes when ordering the six-course menu. The main dish can be enjoyed by choosing one of the best quality beef sirloin, local mullet with a mild taste or green asparagus dishes for vegetarians. In addition, guests can have a variety of desserts unlimited through the theme dessert buffets that are presented on a seasonal basis.

In addition, guests can enjoy elegant French cuisine with perfect wine pairing recommended by Minwook Bak, sommelier of Park Hyatt Busan. For an extra KRW 45,000, four wines are offered for four courses, and for an extra KRW 65,000, five wines are offered for six courses.

The spring dinner menu at Living Room, where guests can experience the pleasure of tasteful foods for the coming spring, is available from 6 PM to 10 PM. The four-course “Degustation” menu is priced at KRW 80,000 per person, and the six-course is priced at KRW 120,000 per person (all prices include taxes).
